Nerro Supply, LLC ("Nerro") is an Investor Owned Utility ("IOU") wholly owned by BlackSwan Water Resources, LLC ("BSWR"). Nerro currently owns 23 water systems and three wastewater treatment plants totaling approximately 3,200 active connections in the Houston and Bryan/College Station Metropolitan Statistical Areas. These systems were acquired over a five-year period beginning with the acquisition of nine water systems and two wastewater treatment plants in 2011. Since then, Nerro has completed three additional transactions, adding 14 additional water systems and one additional wastewater treatment plant to its portfolio.
